[Dx-qsl] Golden Rule

This rule may or may not be my choice when it comes to XW=D8X.  It is =
still less than two months but if my request was stolen, I honestly have =
to wonder why I would send another request to that address.  At around =
$2.80 a request it will add up quickly.
