These guys make me cross, particularly when you consider the number of
unclaimed cards sent via the bureau.  All they do is clog up the system
to the detriment of the rest of us.

My policy is exactly the same.

What boggles my mind is how much postage a single IRC will buy,
particularly when sent with a request for 12 or 14 QSOs with a major
expedition such as D68C.
