[Dx-qsl] eQSL policy changed

I know when I refer to my old log software, (not ADIF
compliant) I can do a search for a call and get all
the hits for that call.  Enem in a good contest month,
I may only have 3 or 4 hits for a call in a given
month.  This can be narrowed down by the mode to
possibly 1 or 2.  I enter both just to make sure. 
However, for 95 % of my log, I will usually have no
more than 2 or 3 hits in a month.

The only exception may be when I am active on a Net
such as 3905 Century Club.

A little extra effort, mabe,  Accuracy, assured.
