[Dx-qsl] eQSL policy changed

What am I missing? When I looked at the NEW In-Box it was MISSING the data
in order to find the QSO in my log. The NEW contains NO Date, NO Time plus
some other stuff, but without a date and time, how do I find in my log???
Did I look at it wrong?
