       Have a look at some cards from the twenties and thirties. They were
       not just confirmation cards, but contained loads of personal info
       as well;some were brilliantly designed and were far more than just
       599 confirmations. Admittedly, the USA ones from about 1929
       onwards tended to be "standards", but you should see my
       collection!
