[DSP-10] DSP-10 Command Summary update

The "Slide Rule Front Page" -  Alt Y -  screen was removed from v3.94 
and only the Waterfall remains.

A new DSP-10 Command Summary has been posted for these latest changes 
to V3.94 that reflects this and the need to use earlier version v3.80 
if this feature is desired.  See Bob's web page if you need v3.80
