[DSP-10] Waterfall - Solution?

Thanks Lars and Mike for catching this. Yes, 3.94 does not have the
simple alternative front panel.
Here's the story. I am looking for areas to remove and make the program
smaller. As was explained for LHL-7, the ALT-Y slide-rule dial was
placed under conditional compilation. What this means is that I search
through looking for any program pieces that relate to the particular
area and surround these with pre-compile "if" statements that
essentially remove them from the program. But, they can be put back by
changing one number from a 0 to a 1.
In case it is needed, I put version 3.80, which has the ALT-Y dial, back
for download. It is
http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/uhfa380.zip
V3.80 is missing a couple of items, but nothing that brakes the program:
* Airplane peak data in the LTI DAT file
* Extra delays necessary but not sufficient for use with WinXP.
* Provision for frequencies to a milliHz
* 18 Hz FFT resolution (so-called 9600 width).
* Use of Page Up for RF gain toggle
Also, v3.80 will work fine with the new version 35 of the DSP.
The next update of the DSP-10 web page will reflect this.
It might be best to run 3.80 and 3.94 from two separate directories.
That would keep the changes to the UHFA.CFG isolated. This will not
keep anything from running, however.
Let me know if there are any problems with this arrangement.
