[DSP-10] Update

Lars  -  Thanks for catching my omission.  In order to use UHFA 3.94, 
download the file
   http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/uhelp_2.txt
and place it in the same directory as UHFA394.EXE (or whatever you may 
have renamed that to).

I also forgot to list the reason for this.  The specialized (and 
unused?) mode, LHL7, is not available in 3.94.  This was done to save 
space in the UHFAzzz.exe file that was challenging the 640K DOS 
low-memory limit.  However, the code remains in the C files, and it can 
be be restored by a conditional compilation.  To make the uhelp file 
cover both cases, I need two files.  The conditional compilation gets 
the right one.  If someone wants LHL7, let me know, and I will get them 
a version with it in place (and then you need uhelp_1.txt).

So, add the uhelp_2 file, leave uhelp_1 in place and all should be OK.

Also, eagle-eyed Jimmy, W7CQ, pointed out I referred to version 2.94 in 
my email yesterday.  Of course, it should only be 3.94. Thanks, Jimmy.
