[DSP-10] Update

In the same directory as your new UHFA394E.EXE, 
make a copy of UHELP_1.TXT and call it UHELP_2.TXT
This should fix it.

I have a copy of both UHELP_1.TXT  and UHELP_2.TXT. in my directory.

I forget why it needed changed.  But it came 
about while we were testing.  We should have fixed that before release .  Sorry
