[DSP-10] SCR Lock key

Hello Mike de DC9UP / F5VKQ....

It might only seems there is no SCR Lock key...but most at the time
you have to go over the Function-Key.
I do have two different Laps running with two DSP 10....one of them
has a direct SCR L, the other one is more complicated
and I can reach the SCR L key by changing level via the Function key....
