[DSP-10] 1296 RSU -- working -- late

The 1296 RSU is working, including the power switching T/R circuit  
that I designed and did on a prototype board.

This box is not the right size for these boards.  The long one, the LO  
board, needs to be a little diagonal.  It's OK for now, but I won't  
use this box again.

It's so late here now that most of the contest activity is over for  
the evening.  Maybe tomorrow.

I can work myself, but haven't yet tested the FM range of the  
station.  Expect a mile or two.  One time heard someone besides me key  
up on FM on 1296.1 (where we're supposed to be on SSB).  Didn't switch  
in time to tell who they were.
