Hi Luis,

I am puzzled at what you observe.  I have not observed anything like that.

My guess is that the problem is with the UHF3, but even there I do not 
understand why the PC program would not respond to the keyboard.  Even if 
it is waiting for data from the DSP, it should run OK.

If helpful, a week ago or so, I made up a hex file for an EPROM and posted 
it to the Internet
http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/uhf3m_33.hex
It is the same as 32, except has the 1-sec time out that Roger, KA7EXM, 
came up with for XP.  I am currently using it, with normal operation.  The 
32 hex file is still the one linked from my web page.

If you set "startup_detail 1" in UHFA.CFG, there may be some hints, such as 
the downloading of pointers.

Also, do you see any error message in the lower left corner of the DSP-10?
