[DSP-10] n5bf reduces noise figure data - learns lessons

I have reduced the noise figure data that I took earlier in the 
summer.  The results were all garbage.  The short "lesson learned" is 
that heating and cooling resistors within human tolerable limits 
doesn't yield enough noise power change to really measure, at least 
not compared to the measurement uncertainties introduced by my 
informal test set up.  New plans are being formed.

I'll redo that work after I have my KA7EXM power meter built and have 
used it to realign the radio.
