[DSP-10] Kachina 505dsp (off topic)

Hello dsp 10 users

I have a question abt my kachina 505dsp which have lost contact with the pc.
I know the radio is out of market , so my goal is fix it some how.
With no contact between radio and pc my own idea is that maybe the rs232 ic have failed
marked with HIN237cb - H9701borx.
Comments is welcome. Any links to experts on that equiment is appreciated.

My dsp10 is still working perfect its running around the clock when i´m at home .
and my external 10mhz osc (not gps controlled yet) is also on battery power so its never stops.
