[DSP-10] DSP-10 to PC protocol

Hello Giuliano,

The commands are listed on a page, linked from the DSP-10 main page. It is
http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/pc_dsp2.txt

I believe this list is still correct, except for the microphone gain 
setting, Command 'M'.  There may also be a command not shown, used for 
transmitting tones.  The core transmit and receive commands should all work 
as shown!   Let me know if you have problems.
