Bob,
    I looked at the uhfa.cfg file, sb and the lo are both positive!  I 
tried combinations of signs but I only got a reasonable frequency 
readout with both positive.  My LO is 10514116000.0.

    What should tvtr 9 and vfo 9 look like?  Are these the only lines 
that effect this?
