[DSP-10] Borland developer tools

Hi Michael,

The only compiler that I have used is Borland C++ version 4.0.  This 
obviously handles C (not ++) as a subset, and all the DSP-10 programs are 
plain C.

I believe Johan, KC7WW, has compiled the program with version 4.5, but this 
required some minor changes that are now part of the program. The changes 
were relative to the compiler's stack that would overflow due to deep 
nesting of "if then else..."

I do not have experience with the Turbo version.  Libraries and stack 
limits may be different.  I would expect some difficulties.

Older versions of regular C++ ver 4.0 or 4.5 have been available from eBay 
at much lower prices than the original C++ in 1995!!
