I have recently built a K-DSPx card from TAPR/KK7P. and I have started to
test the DSP10 software in audio DSP (Rx only) mode.

I am impressed with the real time performance. There is no detectable
delay to the ear between audio in and audio out. I understand all of the
DSP processing is done under the AD clock interupt and the result is
impressive. The DSP features and performance are frankly first class.

I wish to re-produce the PC development environment and I do not have the
legacy software tools from Borland. I note that the "Classic" Borland
Turbo C++ suite includes  Borland® Turbo® C++ 4.5 for Windows 3.1 on the
feature list.

see this URL (assuming the reflector will pass it through, )

I write to ask if this is the correct Borland toolset to use? and if so do
we need to be running true Win3.12 to make it run,?, or does the more
recent C++ Builder X, for WXP still cross build to the DOS target
libraries

Any advice appreciated.
