[DSP-10] A Clock Question-Last call

The only other choice I would have is to use the Outer Pascoquallie time 
zone...but then your clock would never run! ;->
GMT sounds like a solution until a Windows app arrives.  Its getting harder 
and harder to keep my DOS system running.
