Not sure if this is of any value to the group but I have been
successful in getting uhfa under dosemu (specifically xdosemu) under
linux. This is cool because I can do this remotely even via the
internet using xdosemu under X-windows in linux. I think I have even
figured how to send the receive audio from the dsp10 over the network!
Basically with my back right now I've had to minimize my stair
climbing. My dsp10 box is located downstairs (where the antenna
connection is) and connected it to my linux box. The linux box is
connected to the home network via an ethernet cable. Then from my
mac powerbook laptop I used X-windows and xterm to connect to the
linux box. from there I run xdosemu, which brings up a dos emulation
session running freedos. Then I just type uhfa 1. It took some
tweaking with the dosemu.conf file but it does work! I am also
running the kdsp10 dsp firmware in flash and did all the flash
programming remotely like this as well.
