[DSP-10] Memories and VFOs

I was just going through the version 3.5 update notes ( 
http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/ver350a.txt ) (although I've been 
happily using 3.50 for several weeks) and was setting up some memories.  
In one, I was doing an FM repeater and wanted the top spectral display 
on the 70 dB scale.  In the other I was doing the calling frequency 
144.200 and wanted the spectral display on the 35 dB scale.

In both cases the "Display but not colors" box is checked at Alt-N time.

When I invoke the memory (Ctrl-N) , the spectral display does change as 
I expect, I can tell by the noise level shown, but the scale on the left 
does not change and this is confusing.

Is this a bug or do I not understand what I'm doing, displays in 
memories vs. VFOs?
