[DSP-10] transverter settings in configuration file

I tried these entries.. I couldn't get it to work on my DSP-10. Maybe someone else can see if they can make it work, or spot some error I made.

This should go in the list of tvtr..

tvtr 3  |432|  0 -1 288000000 1  | |  00.0  0 0 144100000 1

and this in the list of vfo

vfo 3 5 0 144100000.0 0 0.0 0 0 0 0

For high side..

tvtr 3  |432|  0 1 576000000 1  | |  00.0  0 0 144100000 1

You don't need a transverter connected to test this..
