[DSP-10] Need HP amplifier for SBMS EME Project.

Hi,

We are in desperate need of a 10GHz power amplifier 
for use on the SBMS EME project using the 40 meter 
telescope at the Owens Valley Radio Observatory (OVRO). 
The amplifier must produce at least 25W output and operate 
under the following conditions:

Maximum Size:    11.5" wide X 25" long X 4" high 
Available Power:  +28V @ 15A, +12V @ 15A, 
                            117VAC @ 5A and 0 to -30V @ 1A.

If it is a TWT, the power supply must be hermetically sealed.
The Receiver Case at OVRO is not sealed and we use the
outside air for cooling and is subject to moisture.

This is an on going project and we have use of the Telescope
when ever we wish.  However, 10GHz may get cut back 
later this spring for awhile.  Therefore, we are asking for a
loan of the amplifier or purchase, if within our budget.

We will need this amplifier for installations by 5 March 2006.
