[DSP-10] DSP-10 Control Software

I tried running out of Virtual PC on a Mac with a Keyspan USB to
serial adapter. Every serial application I have worked fine with
this except the DSP-10 loader. I think the ADI loader has some
timing expectations hard coded in that cause it to fail consistently.
My next step is to write my own loader under Mac Xcode, and/or try a
DOS VPC with EZfast.

I am planning Xcode controller software. It won't be a port of UHFA
but it will be similar where appropriate. I'm not to the starting
line on this yet, however. I'll announce anything that actually
happens here. Check back in about a year!
