[DSP-10] DSP-10 Control Software

Someone was working on a port to Windows, but I have no idea if it exists.
A serial port PCMCIA card is a "real" serial port.  The problem occurs with 
a USB port as it may not be seen by DOS.  I believe the PCMCIA cards appear 
as hardware serial ports and are DOS active.
