[DSP-10] Removal of ICs

If the board and the remaining parts on it are worth more than the part 
being removed, I usually use flush-cutters and snip each pin, 
sacrificing the part.

If that is not practical, then I use ChipQuik and very low heat -- 
*well* below the melting point of solder -- to remove the part.  You can 
get a free sample of the ChipQuik alloy from www.chipquik.com.
