Here are the pictures for U110, U7 and U6 from my DSP-10;

Seeing your picture attached in the mail, U110 is correct. U6 is hard 
to see... Maybe it is OK. Unfortunately U7 seems to sit upside down... 
You need to remove U7 first. I think that is not easy without a special 
removing iron.... If you don't have it, I hope someone on the list will 
help you by an alternative way (I want to know it if any!) Be careful 
not to damage the IC. It is very fragile. Good luck!
