[DSP-10] Getting Started on First DSP-10

I've been looking for a radio project for some time and the DSP-10 looks 
like the sort of thing I was after. I'm thinking of buying the DSP-10 
kit, the DSPx and the KDSP10 Adapter Kit from TAPR.

Before I place the order I would like to check and see if anyone has 
used the DSPx and KDSP10 Adapter Kit? If so could you let me know if 
this particular combination works well?
