[DSP-10] DSP Software Tools

I just updated my website (www.fidalgo.net/~wa7gxd/dsp.html) with
information on a couple of software tool options that apply to the DSP-10.

The first is DOSBOX, an open-source/freeware means of runing DOS
applications under Win XP (and apparently Mac OS, Linux and so forth).  I
succeeded in running the ADI DOS-based tools under DOSBOX, including the
simulator.  The webpage gives information on how I configured it to run on
my computer.

The second is a project called OPEN21XX.  This is an open-source set of
tools for the ADSP-218x *and* 219x DSPs.  Included are links to the homepage
of the project, and to precompiled versions for Mac OS and Windows.  I guess
it is a sin to precompile stuff for Linux :-)

I haven't tried the OPEN21XX tools yet, as DOSBOX solved my problem in the
short term.
