[DSP-10] Need info on a GPS unit

A number of these units appeared about a year ago in Texas

Despite MANY enquiries, the only two comments I got on them were that
"they were experimental and didnt make commercial usage" and "dont expect
to drive them with a PC"

The good news is that the 10MHz (EFC) oscillator and the gps board have
been successfully used in the Shera GPS lock box
