[DSP-10] Testing KDSP10/DSPx

Lyle,

Recently I am busy with study and assignment. Don't have enough time doing 
the test.

Are you meant that I can test the PC and serial cable without power supply 
by seeing the characters I  type echoed on the screen ?
I can't even do that.
Maybe I need to make the cable myself instead of buying one ?

I have checked the orientation of all the ICs on the KDSP10 and verified the 
power supply.

If I want to use DOS to test it, what are the steps ?
