[DSP-10] DSP-10 Linux software project announcement

On the DSP-10 web page there's a blurb:

    "DSP-10 DSP INTERFACE To assist those "talking" with the DSP unit, there
is now a summary of the interface. This has all the commands and the status
definitions and is here for download (20K text)."

I'd also suggest that you take look at GNU Radio at

    http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuradio/gnuradio.html

One of the neatest features about GNU Radio is that it is scriptable.  The
demonstration that Matt Ettus gave and the 2003 DCC was very impressive.  I
bet there's a lot of code you can share/use from there.
