The 10 mH chokes reduce some DDS spurs in the tx output.  They are about -40
dB with respect to the carrier, but the chokes eliminate them.  Details are
on the website.  Thanks to Bob Larkin for finding the problem and the cure.

I'll post the code to swap the DAC outputs later today, too.
