[DSP-10] It works ! VHF VCO, KK7P DSP

I have been unable to get my tx working correctly too, I know I went 
through that with the original dsp board.. I will check it.. I suspected 
the same as the symptom was the same.. I just had not tried yet, glad you 
did..(reversing dac ports)
