[DSP-10] New $99.00 EZ-Kit Lite (Blackfin family)

Hello Perry,

How do you propose to program it?  The Evaluation suite of VisualDSP++ is
time limited (30 days) and the full version costs $3500.00 the last I
looked.

The problem we have found is that the DSP tool's by ADI, TI, and Motorola
are all price out of the reach of what I would call serious hobbiest.  That
is why we are always developing with the ADSP-218x family because of the
free (yet no longer supported) DOS tools that come with the very first
ADDS-21xx-EZLITE kits.

In fact, we are seeing more ham DSP coding being down with a PC and a sound
card (choose your operating system MS Windows are Linux).
