[DSP-10] C24 .04 pF "gimmick" capacitor

Hi John,

C24 is not all that critical. If you omit it, the dip at  about 127 MHz in 
Fig 3 (Sept 99 QST) goes away.  Having it  adds to the cleanliness of the 
transmitted signal, but you will be OK without it. But 1 little wire for 10 
dB improvement is a good deal, so it is there!

It is a little piece of #24 tinned wire that is soldered to either side pad 
and is long enough to just goes across the other pad. It is spaced roughly 
2 wire diameters above the pad. It will stay in place as it is, or one 
could put a bit of GC coil dope on it. The wire could be enamelled, as 
well, but not stranded.  The Toko coils keep anyone from bumping the area, 
unless they really work at it.
