[DSP-10] C24 .04 pF "gimmick" capacitor

It is just a small piece of #20 guage or so wire soldered on one of the
pads with a slight gap (not touching) the other pad.

I do not think that it is too critical, just do not change the position
of it after performing the RF front end alignment.
