[DSP-10] ICOM MIKE

The Icom mike does require a bias voltage to make it work and some have 
pre-amps in them.  Just haven't had the time yet to figure it all out. The 
reason I want to be able to use the Icom mike is the fact I use the Icom 
746 as a liaison rig thus it gives me a spare mike and would like to have 
one backup mike instead of two.
