[DSP-10] ICOM MIKE

Mike I tried the ICOM HM 12 and it DID NOT WORK.  I had mikes from Yeasu, 
Kenwood, Icom and Radio Shack.
The only one that wouldnt work was the ICOM.

I am using the Kenwood mobile mike and Dick KO7N is using the Yeasu mobile 
mike with equal results.  We both changed the mike connectors to match our 
mikes.
