[DSP-10] Jumper wires

Hi John,
The black coax wire will be used later to make the connections from the PC
board to the Coax connectors mounted on the Hammond box. These wires are
not part of the PC Board.
I also ran out of wire for the bottom jumpers and dug into my scrap box to
find some solid Teflon coated 26AWG wire. Once I started using that, I
replaced all the other jumpers I had done with this new wire. I found there
were too many places where the jumper wire insulation was melting past my
expected quality.
Another point - I decided to put the jumper wires on after the rest of the
board was completed. I think putting the wires on first gets in the way of
assembling the components on the board.
