[DSP-10] Jumper wires

Gentlemen,

I've been lurking in the background for a few weeks now, I have noticed
that those of you who are active on this list are farther along than I
am in building the dsp-10.  I'm building from the TAPR kit,  I'm
finishing up step one, wires.  The coax went well, most of the first
page of wires went  well, I only found one jumper with only one end
labeled (I hope).  I have run out of wire, no problem, except I have a
length of wire that I haven't found a use for.  and I have a length of
Black cable which looks like a single conductor shielded, almost the
same as the coax but black.  I also have two lengths of enameled wire
which I'm sure will be wound on toroids soon.

Do any of you have any guidance on this 'black' wire?
