[DSP-10] GPS25-LVS Receiver

Hi Steve;
I have the 1PPS running fine once started, but when I remove power from the 
GPS board i have to restart the blasted thing....is this 
natural???  Appears to be a bit of a pain, I first suspected the on board 
backup battery, but heck that is fine.
I did download TAC32 and will, in all likely hood be purchasing this from TARP.
What do you think???
