[DSP-10] Problems With checkout

Hi Larry,

Well, I think I'm pretty close with the core out.  Bob indicated that the 
frequency should be about 123.5 mhz in the configuration I have the VCO now.  
I can't get that high with the slug in the coil but I could probably get 
there if I cut the slug.  I haven't actually tried locking up the VCO yet.
