[Drake] Drifting R4C S Meter

Jon -

V5, V4 and/or V1, in that order.  One or more of these are gassy.  The approach is to replace V5, (with a known good tube if you have one,) 
reset the S-Meter calibration as described in Section 5-13 of the manual.  The drift will typically show up within the first 30 Minutes from 
turn-on.  If still drifting, replace V5 and sub V4.  If still drifting replace V4 and sub V1.

If you don't have a good tube, swap V1 and V5.
