[Drake] Open R4C S Meter

I don't know what Dave's S meter is doing but my R4C's meter is drifting. Set it after a warm up using a reference. A little while later, it's pegged low. Re-set it. A little while later, it's pegged low again. I think it might do this forever.
I have done nothing to track this down but if one you knows that is usually caused by something you know about and wants to save me the joy of figuring it out, I'm all ears.
