[Drake] Firing up "4-Line" after 10+ years

It is always advised to power up sleeping tube rigs slowly using a variac.
A re-cap kit would be nice, but I have about 5 of these power 
supplies,..all still working
fine....with original caps.  Yours' probably will too!
Expect scratchy pots, and stiff knobs due to dry grease.
