[Drake] Drake L4B Plate voltage

Sounds 'bout right....1800-1900V in CW/Tune...btw, speaking of  
L4B's,I re-built my on/off switch today (been out for a couple of  
years) easier than I expected...workes great now...sorry I waited so  
long
