[Drake] TR-4C basket case

Thanks for the responses. You have confirmed what I already
was thinking. Fortunately, I don't have much in this rig. I will
set it on the shelf and use it for a parts donor. I have a working
TR-3, and hope to pickup another TR-4C. I have always really
liked Drake rigs, and looking at this one, even in it's sad state
has inspired me to buy another one. Thanks again and 73,
