No, they never made a keyer for the 4 Line.

Period correct would be a Hallicrafter's HA-1 "TO Keyer".

But an Idiom Press Logikey would be a much better choice as a keyer.

Or, any one of a dozen "PIC" keyers out there, most with different 
features/quirks!
