The Heil elements would be good and if you call them I think you can order it as a replacement part to repair an old set of BM 10 headsets.  a another option may be to install an electric condenser element (radio shack or any other on line parts house for a couple of bucks each)these have really good audio and cheap. You will have to provide a bias to them with a small battery in the mic base or use a pin on the mic plug and run power from the rig to power the element. Heil uses an array of these in there line of ICM mic's to the best of my understanding.
